SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently only ship to the USA.
USA CUSTOMERS ONLY:
USA Orders $50+ ship free via First Class USPS shipping.
USA Customer's may choose to upgrade their free shipping by paying the difference.
Most items are ready to ship within 2-5 business days of order receipt, weekends excluded.
Custom & Pre-order items typically take 5-10 business days to create depending on the season, prior to shipping.
Due to different monitor settings colors may appear differently in person than they do online. We do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges due to this. Customers are required to ask all questions prior to purchasing from Fireflys Studio.
CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS:
As with all our custom orders refunds / returns / exchanges are not allowed, so please ask all questions prior to purchasing.
RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE ELIGIBLE ITEMS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, at Buyer's expense.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE FINAL SALE/ CLEARANCE ITEMS.
Item(s) being returned must be in the exact same, like-new condition as it was sent. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the return is received, we will examine it and if qualified a store credit of the purchase price will be issued within 5 business days.
If an item arrives damaged Buyer must contact us immediately, but no later than 24 hours of package being delivered. Buyer must retain all packing and we may require photos to be sent in order for a claim to be filed. Any damage reported after the 24 hr period will not be honored. Damaged item must be returned to us, at Buyer’s expense. We must receive the damaged item(s) back no later than 48 hours from receipt in order for us to honor a replacement. Once we receive the damaged item back we will send a replacement to Buyer. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.
GENUINE LEATHER & HANDMADE ITEMS:
Please remember, leather is an all-natural material. It was once the outer garment of an animal who may have received marks & scars during it's beautiful life, therefore, those characteristics may show up, here-and-there, on our leather products. Many times, some of these characteristics do not show up until after a product has been engraved and the dye has been applied. We feel these things add to the originality & uniqueness of each piece. It should, in no way, be considered poor quality, nor a defect, but rather a testament to the all-natural material we use in our high quality products. Also, our handmade items are just that - handmade - so they will always be, what we like to call. "perfectly imperfect."
Items will not be "perfect center" for example. This is a testament to the artist's unique "fingerprint" and to the natural products she may be using, as well.
We do not refund/ return/exchange on any orders due to the aforementioned. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing.
As trademarks are ever-changing, Michelle & Company (aka Fireflys Studio (formerly Shabby Girl Creations)) is NOT responsible for trademark violations if you choose to sell a phrase that becomes trademarked. Our jewelry & other items are made using small parts, which could be a choking hazard to small children; as well as paints, dyes, stains, glues and conditioners which could be harmful if swallowed. Please keep away from children.
